I believe that counseling is often the start of an important journey: one filled with growth, healing, and empowerment. As a clinical therapist, I love working with couples and individuals. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and those around you. I specialize in pre-marital counseling, recovery from substance abuse, and complex trauma.
My approach to counseling is relational, non-judgmental, and individualized. I utilize person-centered therapy approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, and integrative behavioral couples therapy.
